A: Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. In that way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping. But pls note that the standard shipping is via China Post Air, the weight of the total order is within 2KG.

A: Each order can only be shipped to one single address. If you would like to ship to two separate addresses, please place two orders.

We'll deliver the item by China Post to every country free of charge,which may takes 15-25 days to receive. Also if you expect to receive the item more sooner, you can choose delivery via DHL or UPS which will usually takes 3-5 days to most countries. For products without ‘free shipping’ or when DHL or UPS delivery is required: you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.
Possible reasons for refunding money are:
- PayPal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we try to contact you.
- The products you ordered are out of stock (we usually keep our inventory stocked and updated), and there was no response when we try to contact you.

A:If your PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. Then, please send email to service@vovomart.com with your order number for a refund. Your money will be returned to your old PayPal account within 3 working days.
